Experienced in property management with strong lettings knowledge and looking for a fast-paced, varied role with genuine career progression?
We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join our client's well-established independent agency in the Dartford area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong all-rounder with broad industry experience who can confidently manage a portfolio, carry out inspections, deal with arrears and disputes, and apply their knowledge of Lettings legislation.
The role offers a strong basic salary, parking, career growth and the opportunity to join an established independent agent.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Manage properties and a residential portfolio
- Carry out check-ins and check-outs
- Conduct property inspections
- Deal with disputes
- Serve notices
- Chase rent arrears
- Apply your knowledge of Lettings legislation to day-to-day property management
Property Manager requirements:
- Previous experience in the role of Property Manager
- Strong all-round knowledge of Lettings, including legislation
- Full UK driving licence
