Are you currently working in conveyancing or estate agency and still passionate about the property sector, but looking for a fresh change of direction? We’re partnering with a modern, ambitious independent law firm in the heart of the City of London. As part of their exciting growth, they’re now looking for two Conveyancing Executives to join their brand-new team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the ground level of a growing function, working closely with leadership and playing a key role in converting new business.

The Role

  • Handle inbound conveyancing enquiries
  • Speak with clients and introduce services clearly and confidently
  • Provide accurate conveyancing quotations
  • Liaise with estate agents and property partners
  • Convert enquiries into instructed business
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience from first contact through to instruction

Conveyancing Executive requirements:

  • Background in conveyancing, estate agency, or property sales
  • Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of the conveyancing process
  • High attention to detail
  • Target-driven with a commercial mindset
  • Experience in B2C or B2B sales
  • Confident building relationships with clients and professional partners
