Our client, a well-established and highly regarded financial services firm in Chester, is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience working within an IFA practice who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. The Role
- Process new business across investments, pensions, mortgages, and protection products
- Support client servicing activities, including fund switches, rebalances, and withdrawals
- Produce quotations using provider platforms and exchange systems
- Handle policy enquiries and liaise with providers
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with reception and telephone duties when required
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Financial Administrator requirements:
- Previous experience within a Financial Services or IFA environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using IO (Intelliflo) back-office systems would be advantageous
- Knowledge of platforms such as Abrdn, Aviva, and Aegon would be beneficial
