We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiatorto join a well-established and successful estate agency in Potters Bar. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a proven track record in sales, looking to maximise their earning potential and develop their career within a growing business.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
- Register, qualify, and match applicants to suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up enquiries and proactively convert leads into sales opportunities
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
- Progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties involved
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated throughout the sales process
- Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Financially qualify offers and confirm all details accurately in writing
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM systems and property records
Sales NegotiatorRequirements
- Proven experience within residential estate agency
- A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service and client management abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to generating business
- Organised, professional, and able to manage a busy workload
- High standards of personal presentation and customer care
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
