Job Description | New Homes Business Development Manager | £40,000–£45,000 Basic, £50,000-£55,000 OTE | Company Car or Allowance | We're recruiting for a New Homes Business Development Manager to join a successful team in Chatham, driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with housebuilders and developers, and supporting the performance of new homes sales teams. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales professional with a proven track record of winning instructions, managing teams and delivering against commercial targets. As a New Homes Business Development Manager, you will: Generate new business and present to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructions Identify and develop new opportunities across varying-size developments Manage, motivate and incentivise site sales consultants to achieve targets Coach and support teams to maximise sales performance Generate opportunities for additional services including mortgages, conveyancing, lettings and property valuations Work closely with the area New Homes support team to ensure marketing and sales administration is managed effectively Problem-solve and influence outcomes to achieve the best commercial results Work towards agreed business development and sales targets New Homes Business Development Manager requirements: Proven track record of winning new homes sales instructions across developments of varying sizes Strong New Homes Sales experience, ideally combined with residential Estate Agency experience Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver against commercial targets Experience managing, coaching and motivating teams Full UK driving licence 40,000–£45,000 basic salary, depending on experience ~£Company car or car allowance ~33 days paid holiday ~ Holiday commission ~ Life insurance ~ Clear opportunity to make a significant impact on new business and team performance Full time Monday – Friday If you're an experienced New Homes Business Development Manager / New Homes Sales Professional with a proven track record of winning instructions and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
