Chartered Commercial Surveyor requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial surveying
- Experience carrying out a broad range of commercial work, including lease renewals, acquisitions, rent reviews, leasehold matters, property management and Red Book valuations,
- RICS qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
