Job Description
We are delighted to be working with a highly reputable company based in Devon, who are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor with Chartered status to join their team.
The successful individual will need to be experienced in carrying out Level 2 and preferably Level 3 surveys.Â
This is an ideal position for an experienced Building Surveyor who wishes to have a greater work/life balance or those looking to complete their APC pathway, whilst having a varied workload across the region of Devon.
Working hours:
- Full-time
- Hybrid workingÂ
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be offered:
- Basic salary, with OTE between £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
- Administration support
To be considered for the Chartered Building Surveyor role, you must have:
- Ideally MRICS /FRICS qualifications.
- Those in APC pathway considered
- Strong track record in Building Surveying with experience in Level 2 Surveys
- Dilapidations and Project work experience preferred
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
