Due to expansion, our clients, a highly successful and growing Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to work on a Consultancy basis. The role is available working 2-3 days a week.
The role will involve carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys.
- Working hours: Flexible working hours, 2-3 days a week
- Remote / WFH based
- Compensation: 55% on net fees paid, OTE of between £50,000 - £80,000 dependent on days worked
- Benefits: Holiday Pay, PI Insurance, Equipment provided, including iPad, Mobile phone, Surveying equipment
To be considered for the role of Residential Surveyor you must have the following:
- Minimum AssocRICS
- Registered Valuer status
- Own Car
- Experience in Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
