We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a successful and respected independent estate agency covering the Mildenhall area. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional to play a key role in winning new instructions, generating business, and increasing market share within a thriving local market.
This is a results-driven opportunity for someone with a proven track record in residential property listings or valuations, strong local market knowledge, and the motivation to maximise their earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.
The Role
- Generate valuation opportunities through proactive business development and networking
- Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
- Win new instructions and secure property listings
- Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the local property market and competitor activity
- Drive market share through targeted business generation
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the valuation and listing process
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities and conversions
- Maintain accurate records and complete all associated administration
- Represent the business professionally within the local community
Sales Valuer Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property listings or valuations
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Strong knowledge of the local property market, or the ability to develop this quickly
- Highly driven, motivated, and target-focused
- Professional and confident manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
