GCB Recruitment is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join the thriving team at a well-respected surveying company based in Manchester. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their team with an enthusiastic and experienced individual who thrives in this dynamic field.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field. We’re seeking proactive professionals who can work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The basic salary for this position is up to £45,000 for a Building Surveyor, with an opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on company profit. Additional benefits include a health and well-being payment, a phone allowance, car expenses and 25 days of holiday with additional days given over the Christmas period.
