The Role
As a Trainee Lettings Consultant, you will:
- Register prospective tenants and understand their property requirements
- Build knowledge of the available property portfolio
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Carry out routine property inspections on behalf of landlords
- Negotiate tenancy offers between landlords and tenants
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Support the wider lettings team with day-to-day branch activities
Trainee Lettings Consultant Requirements:
- Previous residential lettings experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong customer service experience gained within an office-based environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to build a successful career in property
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle essential
