GCB Recruitment is working with a reputable and expanding residential chartered surveying business based near Bournemouth. Ideally, they are seeking an experienced individual with a minimum AssocRICS qualification, who is capable of carrying out Mortgage Valuations surveys and conducting Level 2 surveys. Working remotely on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Working hours:
This Residential Surveyor position offers flexible working arrangements, with the choice of full-time or part-time hours (minimum 3 days per week on a part-time basis) within a 25-mile radius of your home on a remote / work-from-home basis. Only working Monday to Friday, ensuring weekends remain free for personal pursuits!
