Experienced in block management and looking for a fresh challenge within a growing independent agency? We're recruiting for a Block Manager in Kensington to join a successful and expanding property business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced block management professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio while working within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

The Role

  • Developing effective working relationships with Block Directors, Residents/Leaseholders, Landlords/Tenants, Contractors and others through phone, email, and face-to-face liaison.
  • Carrying out inspections, ensuring Health Safety and compliance are maintained.
  • Resolving block-related issues.
  • Sourcing Contractors to undertake both ongoing and one-off maintenance works, as well as emergency repairs, and monitoring and managing their work.
  • Dealing with enquiries and analysing leases in order to answer enquiries and ensure that lease compliance is maintained.
  • Providing accurate, meaningful and effective information to all parties in a timely manner.

Block Manager Requirements

  • ARLA or equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in block management.
