Experienced in residential property management within an estate agency environment?
We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a highly successful and independent estate agency in the Harborne area, managing a portfolio across residential and student accommodation.

The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of residential and student properties
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to ensure a high level of service
- Coordinate and manage contractors and maintenance requirements
- Handle day-to-day property management matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Work effectively within a busy and growing property management team
Property Manager Requirements
- Previous experience as a Property Manager within an estate agency environment
- Experience managing residential properties; student accommodation experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
- Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach

Working Pattern
