We're recruiting for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join a well-established rural professional services team based in the Beauly area. The Role
- Deliver a wide range of rural professional services to a diverse client base
- Undertake RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals
- Manage agricultural, commercial, and residential property and estate portfolios
- Provide advice on landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, servitudes, and wayleaves
- Advising on renewable energy projects (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage)
- Support strategic land management advice for private and public sector clients
- Contribute to estate management activities across rural holdings
