We have an exciting and rare new opportunity for an experienced Architect to join an award-winning consultancy firm in West Yorkshire as an Associate Director / Senior Associate Director. This position will see the successful individual not only lead/manage projects but also have the rare opportunity to build a department. Working hours: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday The successful Associate Director position will be offered: Up to £60,000 Basic Generous bonus Life insurance £4,000 car allowance Pension Onsite parking Associate Director requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of professionals. Experience in business development and client relationship management is a plus Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
