GCB Recruitment is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join the thriving team at a well-respected surveying company based in Manchester. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their team with an enthusiastic and experienced individual who thrives in this dynamic field.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field. We’re seeking proactive professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality results. In addition to technical expertise and experience in project management.

What's on offer:

The position of Associate Building Surveyor is being offered with flexible working hours, ensuring a great work-life balance. The basic salary for this position is up to £65,000 for an Associate Director, with an opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on company profit. Taking potential on target earnings to £85,000 per annum. Further benefits include a health and well-being payment, a phone allowance, car expenses and 25 days of holiday with additional days given over the Christmas period.
