We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer / Lister to join a growing team in Ashford, Kent, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your valuation and listing skills while learning from some of the most accomplished Estate Agents in the local area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent who is passionate about property, enjoys building relationships with customers and is looking for structured training, support and genuine career progression.

The Role

As a Sales Valuer / Lister, you will

  • Provide expert marketing advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
  • Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
  • List properties and maximise opportunities to achieve strong sale prices
  • Generate new leads and proactively develop new business
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and applicants
  • Work closely with the wider team to match properties with suitable buyers
  • Support and help run morning meetings when the Branch Manager is away
  • Assist with the management and performance of the branch
  • Contribute to branch profitability and overall business growth

Sales Valuer / Lister requirements

  • Previous Estate Agency experience
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to winning new business
  • Organised, motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Passionate about developing a career within Estate Agency
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team
  • Full UK driving licence
