We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Manchester, overseeing a busy and successful office.
This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager with strong listing, valuation and managerial experience, looking to take ownership of branch performance and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
- Manage, motivate and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Drive new business through valuations, instructions and business generation
- Take ownership of branch revenue, performance and profitability
- Monitor figures, KPIs and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards across the branch
- Build strong relationships within the local market and support the growth of the company brand
- Work closely with business owners and directors to support wider business strategy and growth
- Lead by example, creating a positive and high-performing branch environment
Branch Manager requirements:
- Proven experience within residential estate agency
- Strong track record in winning instructions, generating valuations and driving revenue
- Previous experience in a managerial or senior position within estate agency
- Strong listing and business development experience
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and people management skills
- Highly organised, proactive and target-driven approach
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on branch performance and profitability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
