We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice covering the Shrewsbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business on an employed basis, offering remote working, full or part-time hours, an attractive bonus scheme, and genuine long-term career progression.
Working within a 25-mile radius from your home, you'll carry out residential surveys and valuations while delivering a high-quality service to clients across the region.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
- Undertake Mortgage Valuations
- Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure surveys and valuations are completed to RICS standards and agreed timescales
- Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- AssocRICS qualified or above
- Minimum of two years' post-qualification surveying experience
- VRS registered
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
