The Role
As a Property Coordinator, you will:
- Register and qualify prospective buyers
- Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings
- Conduct accompanied property viewings
- Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions
- Generate valuation opportunities for the branch
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Proactively identify opportunities to generate new business
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch
Property Coordinator requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience
- Positive, proactive and motivated attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Commercially minded with a genuine desire to win business
- Team player mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Ambition to develop and progress within the property industry

Working Hours
- Monday-Friday: 8.30am-6.00pm
- Every Saturday: 8.30am-5.30pm
- Day off in lieu following Saturday working
