The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Oversee a portfolio of residential properties using internal systems and software
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and ensure full regulatory compliance across all properties
- Carry out regular property inspections and site visits to maintain standards
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors
- Keep clients informed on legal responsibilities and changes in tenancy legislation
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders
Property Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in Property Management or Lettings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach
- Ability to manage a varied portfolio and coordinate multiple contractors
- ARLA or NFOPP qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells / Tonbridge area beneficial
