We're recruiting for an ambitious Branch Manager to join a forward-thinking and highly successful estate agency in Fulwood.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional with a proven track record in winning instructions, leading teams, and driving branch performance.

You'll take ownership of the branch, leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer service, develop your team, and maximise business growth.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will

  • Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch
  • Conduct morning meetings and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
  • Drive new business generation and increase market share
  • Set individual and team performance targets
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Oversee branch performance and profitability

  • Previous experience within estate agency, ideally in a management role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful team
  • Proven track record of winning instructions and listing properties

  • Commercially minded and target-driven
