We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-recognised and highly successful surveying practice renowned for its expertise in residential surveying. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Surveyor to join a growing team, working remotely across a fixed geographical area covering Devon and the Plymouth area.
The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with strong administrative and operational support provided, including booked appointments and compliance support.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys, including Level 1 and Level 2 surveys
- Produce accurate survey reports using market-leading technology
- Meet personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
- Manage a fixed geographical work area efficiently
- Attend and participate in regional meetings
- Maintain professional development through ongoing training and industry updates
- Deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients
Residential Surveyor Requirements:

Previous experience as a Residential Surveyor, preferably with AssocRICS status or higher

Familiarity with residential surveys and valuation reports

Excellent customer service skills

Strong organisational and communication skills

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
