The Role
- Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Proactively generate new business opportunities
- Book market appraisals for the valuers
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers and vendors
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or within a target-driven sales environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and proactive telephone manner
- Driven, resilient and self-motivated attitude
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
