We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing and successful surveying practice covering Norwich and the wider Norfolk area. Due to increased business levels, our client is expanding their team and seeking an experienced surveyor with Level 2 Survey experience who is looking for a role offering flexibility, strong earning potential, and genuine career progression.

The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across a designated geographical area
- Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (full training can be provided where required)
- Undertake Red Book Valuations in accordance with professional standards
- Produce accurate and professional reports using market-leading software
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
- Manage your diary and workload efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
- Contribute to the continued success and growth of the business
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum AssocRICS qualification
- Previous experience carrying out Level 2 Surveys
- Experience with Red Book Valuations advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
