No previous property experience required, and you'll receive full training and support while developing your knowledge and experience across property management, maintenance, and residential sales.

The Role
As a Property Manager / Negotiator, you will
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Deal with day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
- Coordinate maintenance issues and liaise with contractors
- Arrange and oversee property repairs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Assist with property viewings
- Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
- Handle offers and negotiate between landlords and tenants
- Maintain accurate property records
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the property journey
- Work as part of a friendly and supportive team
- Property Manager / Negotiator Requirements
- No previous property experience required (full training will be provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A confident and personable approach with the ability to build relationships
