We’re working with a highly respected and growing property consultancy seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join their team in Norfolk. The Role
- Deliver professional commercial property valuations for a range of purposes, including lending, financial reporting, taxation, pension funds, investment and asset management.
- Work across a varied portfolio, including retail, office and industrial assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and key stakeholders.
- Support and mentor junior team members in their professional development.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities.
- Work alongside senior colleagues on complex and high-value instructions.
Commercial Valuation Surveyor Requirements
- MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent report writing ability.
- Solid understanding of the commercial property market, ideally within Norfolk / East of England.
- Confident communicator with a strong client service focus.
- Proven experience across a range of valuation instructions.
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
