We’re working with a highly respected and growing property consultancy seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join their team in Norfolk.

The Role
As a Commercial Valuation Surveyor, you will:
- Deliver professional commercial property valuations for a range of purposes, including lending, financial reporting, taxation, pension funds, investment and asset management
- Work across a varied portfolio, including retail, office and industrial assets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and key stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior team members in their professional development
- Contribute to business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities
- Work alongside senior colleagues on complex and high-value instructions
Commercial Valuation Surveyor Requirements
- MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong analytical skills with excellent report writing ability
- Solid understanding of the commercial property market, ideally within Norfolk / East of England
- Confident communicator with a strong client service focus
- Proven experience across a range of valuation instructions
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Full UK driving licence

- Established local market network or contacts
- Experience working with banks, lenders or financial institutions
