The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of properties from instruction through to completion
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
  • Generate new business through calls, follow-ups and database management
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts
  • Win new instructions and identify valuation opportunities
  • Support junior negotiators and share knowledge and best practice
  • Drive sales performance and maximise opportunities within the local market

Senior Negotiator Requirements

  • Proven residential estate agency experience
  • Previous experience working within the North London property market
  • Strong knowledge of Stoke Newington and the surrounding areas
  • A proven track record of generating your own valuations and winning instructions
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Commercially minded, motivated and target-driven
  • Ambition to develop and progress your estate agency career
