The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Facilitate maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing
- Review third-party property visits and provide recommendations
- Manage all compliance certification following move-in
- Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including serving legal notices, attending court hearings, handling evictions and negotiating the return of deposits
- Resolve general enquiries
- Provide high levels of customer service
- Liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues
