Experienced in commercial finance, bridging finance, mortgage administration or financial services administration? We're recruiting for a Commercial Finance Administrator to join an expanding and successful brokerage based in London. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone with strong administration and case management experience, looking to develop their career within the commercial and bridging finance sector.

The Role

  • Manage commercial and bridging finance applications from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Request, review and chase all documentation required to progress applications
  • Support advisers with the packaging and submission of commercial and bridging finance cases
  • Liaise with lenders, clients, solicitors, valuers, surveyors and other professional third parties
  • Ensure applications are accurately packaged and submitted in line with lender requirements and underwriting criteria
  • Manage key milestones, deadlines and outstanding requirements across multiple cases
  • Resolve queries and obtain updates from lenders and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company CRM system
  • Complete daily task management and ensure cases progress efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, lenders and introducers

Commercial Finance Administrator requirements:

  • Previous experience in commercial finance, bridging finance, mortgage administration or financial services administration is essential
  • Good understanding of commercial mortgage and bridging lenders and their documentation requirements
  • Experience packaging and submitting commercial and/or bridging finance applications
  • Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence liaising with clients and professional third parties
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
  • Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements within financial services
  • Accurate, detail-focused and commercially aware approach
