We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice covering Northamptonshire, delivering a range of residential surveys and valuations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected firm that prioritises quality over volume, offering manageable workloads, remote working, excellent support and genuine long-term career development.

The Role

  • Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys
  • Undertake Level 3 Building Surveys (training provided if required)
  • Complete Red Book Valuations
  • Deliver bespoke Building Surveys for residential properties
  • Carry out both private and panel valuation work
  • Liaise with the centralised hub to coordinate appointments efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure reports are completed accurately and within agreed timescales

Residential Surveyor Requirements:

  • MRICS preferred, with a minimum of AssocRICS qualification
  • Registered Valuer Status
  • Proven experience carrying out residential surveys and valuations
  • Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
  • Full UK driving licence

Working Hours:

  • Remote / home-based role
  • Full-time or part-time hours available
  • Flexible working approach
