We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established independent estate agency in Great Yarmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, sales-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and maximising commission earnings. With minimal administration, you'll be able to focus on negotiating deals, booking valuations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Proactively generate new business opportunities
- Book market appraisals for valuers
- Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or within a target-driven sales environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident and proactive telephone manner
- Driven, resilient and self-motivated attitude
- Commercially minded, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
- Passion for property sales and delivering outstanding customer service
What's on Offer?
- £23,000 basic salary
- £35,000 OTE
- Bonus paid on every valuation booked
- Additional team commission structure
- Monday to Friday working, with alternate Saturdays
- Minimal administration, allowing you to focus on sales and generating revenue
