We're recruiting for a Senior Lettings Consultant to join an award-winning estate agency in Dunmow, working within a successful and established team.

The Role
As a Senior Lettings Consultant, you will:
Undertake rental valuations and secure new landlord instructions
Negotiate with landlords and provide professional lettings advice
Develop a strong understanding of the local lettings market
Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
Match applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and prospective tenants
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Senior Lettings Consultant Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' current residential lettings experience (essential)
Strong knowledge of the lettings process and local rental market
Confident, outgoing, and professionally presented
Enthusiastic, motivated, and target-driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
IT proficient, including Microsoft Office packages
Quick to learn and comfortable using bespoke software systems
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience

£25,000–£27,000 basic salary, depending on experience
