The Role
As a Holiday Property Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of over 300 holiday cottages across North Norfolk, maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the guest journey
- Take telephone bookings and advise guests on the most suitable holiday properties
- Support guests during their stay, resolving housekeeping and maintenance issues efficiently
- Liaise with the maintenance team and local contractors to coordinate repairs and property works
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly
- Process guest feedback and carry out any required follow-up actions
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate customer records using booking software
- Carry out regular property visits and inspections
- Build strong relationships with property owners, guests and contractors
- Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the wider team
Holiday Property Manager Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally working with high-end clientele
- Good local knowledge of North Norfolk and the surrounding attractions, restaurants and amenities
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
- A personable, approachable and professional manner
- Confidence handling customer complaints calmly and effectively
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve within a fast-paced environment
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team
Working Hours:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Flexibility required during busy holiday periods
