The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will: Manage a portfolio of properties and act as the main point of contact for vendors and buyers Provide vendors with regular Sales Negotiator updates, market feedback and activity reports Liaise with local estate agents regarding property marketing and sales activity Handle incoming property sales enquiries from prospective buyers Arrange and negotiate property offers Negotiate between buyers, vendors and developers to achieve successful sales Complete AML checks on prospective buyers Produce accurate Memorandums of Sale Recommend financial adviser and solicitor services where appropriate
