We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing business with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and results across Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and working towards targets within a successful and expanding team.
The Role
- Book and conduct property viewings
- Register and qualify applicants
- Match buyers with suitable properties
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
- Proactively follow up enquiries and maximise sales opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Support the wider team in achieving branch targets
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Previous experience within a sales-based role
- Previous Estate Agency experience would be advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients
- Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced team environment
- Motivated, ambitious and target-driven mindset
- Proactive approach with a strong work ethic
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence is essential
