The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants
- Register applicants and match them to suitable rental properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and secure successful lets
- Manage the lettings process from offer agreed through to move-in
- Work closely with landlords to maximise rental opportunities and occupancy levels

Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months' experience within a Lettings Negotiator role
