Our clients, a successful Estate Agency in Bexley, are looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent with sales progression experience, or someone with a conveyancing background, looking for a role offering a strong commission structure, bonuses and a supportive team environment.
The Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will:
- Monitor and prioritise your workload to achieve targets
- Manage a pipeline of properties that are sold subject to contract
- Keep in regular contact with agents
- Communicate with vendors and purchasers
- Liaise effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers
- Arrange for contracts to be signed
- Update Managers on the sale process
- Maintain accurate information on the CRM and Vendor Portal
- Progress sales through to completion
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Progressor requirements:
- Experience in Sales Progression or Conveyancing
- Brilliant customer service skills
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders
What's on Offer?
- Upto £28,500 basic salary
- Percentage override on all completed sales
- Realistic commission of between £375 - £750 per month
- Bonuses
- £35,000 OTE

- Full-time
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
