My client is continuing to grow following sustained success and is now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to help drive the business forward within their Herne Bay branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, ambitious environment and wants to play a key role in the next stage of the company’s expansion plans.
Working hours: Full-time hours – 5 days a week. Open to part-time and reduced hours.
Our client is offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Above average basic salary circa £28,000 (If part time will be pro rata)
- OTE starting at £40,000
- Pool or Individual commission structure.
- Fantastic, clear career progression in a growing independent agency.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Actively sourcing, securing, and managing new property sales instructions to drive revenue growth.
- Overseeing the full sales journey from conducting viewings and negotiating offers to achieving optimal outcomes and managing transactions through to completion.
- Cultivating strong, trust‑based relationships with both buyers and sellers to support repeat business and referrals.
- Conducting high quality property viewings and presenting homes with confidence and clarity.
- Supporting junior negotiators with training, mentoring, and guidance.
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- Experience working as a Senior Sales Negotiator is essential
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Be hungry, driven and ambitious
- Full UK driving licence is essential
