Are you looking to launch your career in mortgage broking? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the New Homes Division on a self-employed basis, working with our clients in Hammersmith.
Our clients are leaders in the industry and run one of the largest independent mortgage brokerages in London, with additional international offices in Asia and the Middle East. They are expanding their UK team and seeking a broker specialising in the new homes market. In this role, you’ll collaborate with some of the UK\’s top property developers to guide their buyers through the mortgage process and attend key launch events.
The successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- Year 1 – £30,000 – £50,000
- Year 2 – £80,000 – £120,000
- Year 3 – £150,000+
- Year 4 – £200,000+
- Top performers make £500k+ per annum
This position offers a chance to gain valuable experience in a high-performing company, with opportunities for further training, additional qualifications, and career advancement into specialist or management roles over time
Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Passedeither their RO1 or CeMap1
- Having a degree is preferred, but not a necessity
- Savings to cover yourself for 4-6 months while you build your pipeline
- Passion for good customer service and a real hunger for success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
