We are currently looking for a motivated Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our client\’s expanding team in theEast London area. They areathriving, market-leading estate agency that offers its Mortgage Advisers comprehensive training, ongoing support, strong earning potential, and a clear path to career progression. For this position, they are ideally looking for someone who hasCeMAP qualifications and a sales background.

Working hours:

  • Full-time
  • Office-based role

The successful Trainee Mortgage Adviser will be offered:

  • Base Salary package – £25,000 – £30,000, dependent on experience
  • OTE £35,000 – £50,000
  • Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% – 50% of banked income)
  • Additional commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors
  • Quarterly Bonus
  • Car Allowance
  • Full admin support from sign-up to case completion
  • High number of appointments booked directly into your diary

Key responsibilities as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser:
