The Role

  • Register prospective tenants and understand their property requirements
  • Build knowledge of the available property portfolio
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Carry out routine property inspections on behalf of landlords
  • Negotiate tenancy offers between landlords and tenants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
  • Support the wider lettings team with day-to-day branch activities
  • Trainee Lettings Consultant Requirements
  • Previous residential lettings experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong customer service experience gained within an office-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to build a successful career in property
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own vehicle essential
