My client, a multi-branch agency is looking for an individual with ambition, confidence and experience as a Sales Negotiator to work within a small, successful team. This is an opportunity to treat the business as your own and make a mark in the East London Market.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
Competitive base salary Circa £25,000
OTE between £60,000 – £65,000 for the first year
Ongoing support and career progression
Guarantee
Car allowance
You will also inherit a larger pipeline.
Pool commission structure between a small and successful team.
Key duties for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:
Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers, providing expert guidance and answering questions.
Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and follow-ups with leads.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Carry out property valuations with professionalism and accuracy, considering location, condition, and market demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service and repeat business.
The business has a Sales Progressor and admin support to cover these aspects.
Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
Proven track record as an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or successful Sales Negotiator.
Valuation experience is desirable.
Confident and personable personality.
The ability to confidently work on your own initiative.
