Experienced in estate agency sales and looking to maximise your earning potential?
We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and market-leading estate agency in Southport. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing business with a strong pipeline of instructions, excellent commission potential, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting buyers and sellers through every stage of the sales process.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register buyers and understand their property requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Liaise with vendors, purchasers, and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Book appointments for Financial Services Advisors
- Generate conveyancing referrals
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Work towards and exceed individual sales and referral targets
Sales Negotiator Requirements
- Previous experience within estate agency or a customer-facing sales environment
- Proven ability to build relationships and close business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of the Southport property market is advantageous
- Professional, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
What's on Offer?
- Basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000
- Realistic OTE of £40,000 - £50,000

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am - 4:00pm
