Are you a Sales Progressor looking to step away from the traditional Estate Agency environment? If so, this could be the ideal next move for you.
We\βre proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking, independent law firm based in the City of London. As part of their continued growth, they\βre seeking experienced Sales Progressors to help build and support a newly established department. In this role, you\βll be responsible for handling new business and managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
As a Sales Progressor, you will be offered:
Basic salary of up to Β£32,000 plus commission
Ongoing training and support where needed
Full backing from the Director of the business
25 days holiday plus bank holidays and time off during Christmas break
Birthdays off
Potentially work from home 1 day per week
No weekends

As a Sales Progressor, your duties will be:
Calling prospective clients from an existing database of leads and providing conveyancing quotes
Strong focus on maintaining ongoing relationship management without partner agencies.
Learn and adopt best practices to improve conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
Day to day administrative tasks.
Assisting chasing on client contracts to aid efficiency via telephone and email.
Working on excel spreadsheet to see what is close to exchange & pushing this through.
Attending estate agent branches when required.
First point of contact for agents to elevate problems and assistance required.
To be considered for the Sales Progressor, role, you must have:
Prior experience within estate agency and/or conveyancing
High levels of customer service experience and communication skills to work with clients and stakeholders in the conveyancing market
Excellent telephone manner
The ability to develop strong client relationships with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong and confident communication skills
Strong administrative skills and good attention to detail
Proficient on all MS office packagesOrganised and proactive, ability to resolve problems.
