Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in Gloucestershire. This position is working with an independent practice who pride themselves on quality reports and service. The position will involve carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
Working hours: As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday to Friday on a remote basis.
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
- Basic salary ranging from £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
- Car Allowance
- Bonuses
- Quality over quantity work, with 1 survey per day
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified
- UK driving license
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
