Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to join a well-established and friendly team in Southwark? My client, a highly regarded independent estate agency who are known for delivering a personalised service and building long-term relationships, is looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

The successful individual will be joining a small but busy property management team made up of experienced professionals who take pride in what they do.

Working Hours:Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary/Package for the successful Property Manager:Competitive base salary, circa £35,000Parking permit close to the branch.Ongoing support and career progressionThe client will pay for ARLA qualification and help with ongoing development.The chance to work in a well-established team in a well-respected and professional agency.

Responsibilities for the role of a Property Manager:Oversee tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and resolving disputesCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providersKeep detailed records of property operations and expendituresConduct routine inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are metWork as a small to ensure the best level of service is provided.
