We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a successful lettings team, managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs, obtain quotations, and ensure works are completed efficiently
  • Carry out routine property inspections and follow up on any required actions
  • Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit negotiations
  • Handle maintenance issues and resolve landlord and tenant queries
  • Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate property records and update internal systems
  • Work closely with the lettings team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Property Manager Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential
  • Strong knowledge of residential property management and current lettings legislation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
