Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to join a well-established and friendly team in Southwark? My client, a highly regarded independent estate agency who are known for delivering a personalised service and building long-term relationships, is looking for a Property Manager to join their team.
The successful individual will be joining a small but busy property management team made up of experienced professionals who take pride in what they do.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Salary/Package for the successful Property Manager:
- Competitive base salary, circa £35,000
- Parking permit close to the branch.
- Ongoing support and career progression
- The client will pay for ARLA qualification and help with ongoing development.

Responsibilities for the role of a Property Manager:
- Oversee tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and resolving disputes

- Work as a small to ensure the best level of service is provided.
